    • Start on your hands and knees.
    • Bring your knees wide apart, toes touching.
    • Sit back on your heels, arms extended forward.
    • Relax and breathe deeply.
  • Child’s Pose (Balasana):
    • Kneel on the floor with your big toes touching.
    • Sit back on your heels and stretch your arms forward.
    • Rest your forehead on the ground and breathe deeply.
  • Wide-Legged Forward Fold (Prasarita Padottanasana):
    • Stand with your feet wide apart.
    • Hinge at your hips and fold forward, reaching your hands toward the ground.
    • Keep your spine straight and breathe deeply.
  • Half Pigeon Pose (Raja Kapotasana):
    • From a plank position, bring your right knee forward and place it behind your right wrist.
    • Extend your left leg back.
    • Lower your upper body toward the ground, keeping your hips square.
    • Breathe deeply and switch sides.
  • Yogi Squat/Garland Pose (Malasana):
    • Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart.
    • Squat down, keeping your heels on the ground.
    • Bring your hands together in prayer position.
    • Breathe deeply and hold the pose.
  • High Crescent Lunge:
    • Step your right foot forward into a lunge position.
    • Raise your arms overhead, palms facing each other.
    • Sink into the lunge, keeping your hips aligned.
    • Breathe deeply and switch sides.

Remember to listen to your body and modify these poses as needed. Regular practice can help alleviate hip pain and improve overall mobility. Always consult with a healthcare professional if you have persistent discomfort or any underlying conditions .
