Day 33 of the Cut

Day 33 of the Cut

Oh my god what a day! If perfection was a day it would be today. In the past I have had good days but today was next level. In the morning I scored 100% on all my Duolingo lessons! I went to the gym and was greeted by brand new equipment at the gym! I was going to do calisthenics but then I decided to do a full body workout and did just that! The new equipment is very effective, they got a new abductor and adductor machine which I was having wet dreams about. They purchased T-Bar rowing machine, seated row machine, lateral raise machine, a brand new smith machine and there is still more to come.

There was one issue though, the new hip thrust machine is designed for people with a waist smaller than mine. I laughed so hard when I didn’t fit in it my trainer thought I was having a meltdown. But honestly I don’t need the machine if I don’t fit in it. Some of my leaner friends didn’t fit in it either. I wonder what the manufacturer was thinking? Despite all that the workout was phenomenal and some of my body parts are sore from happiness.

Came home and lunch was leftover biryani from yesterday and it tasted even better than yesterday because the spices marinated further into the chicken, eggs and rice. This morning the milk went bad because of the heat so my mom made a sweet dish out of it. Its essentially paneer but with sugar in it. In the state of West Bengal which is on the opposite side of the country from us this dish is called Cham Cham (pronounced chum like shark bait). It was creamy and sweet like ice-cream but with a little bit of a tang to it. Went for a walk in the evening. Day 33 was a success!
