Atomic number 26!

Day 26 was relaxed. I slept early last night and woke up early. I had walked a lot yesterday and I was physically toast. This morning I was also very hungry because I hadn’t eaten anything since 7PM last night. So before heading to the gym, after taking my progress pictures, weighing myself and finishing my reading, I ate a banana. Then I ate some banana bread, dates, peanut brittle, toast (rusk), biscuits (English kind) and had some tea to go with it!

At the gym I trained back and biceps. The outside area is fully blocked off now and all I can do now is bring the tools indoors and workout inside. Despite all the inconvenience I managed to do all my exercises spending nearly 3 hours at the gym. I should take it easy but I am loving the workouts more than the challenge. When I came home I had chicken and rice for lunch. It was delicious. My mom brought pink guavas this time. I remember them being smaller but I guess these were from Thailand and they export the big ‘uns. I took a short 3 hour nap in the afternoon and then woke up to get some work done. After work I headed out for my walk and kept it simple this time as I did not want to overdo it. Came home and finished my gallon of water. Day 26 was a success.
