74 excited to the core!

Day 74 is here and we have one more day left to go! I woke up at 5:30AM, there was a heatwave in the middle of the night and I felt it come and go. It didn’t disrupt my sleep but I woke up earlier than usual. I had a lot of time to kill so I did all my tasks (progress pictures and reading ten pages) and finished my Duolingo and ISL lessons as well. I headed to the gym to train legs and today I did light weight exercises. I am excited about finishing this round of 75 Hard but I am also super exhausted. I did all my traditional exercises as well because I wanted to reduce the time of the workout today. Even so I ended up spending 2 hours at the gym.

Lunch was Spicy Korean Noodles and Fried Eggs. My mom wanted to try the Korean noodles because we have our local instant noodle brand called Maggi but it has lost all its appeal in the last decade and a half. The flavours are overpowering and there is absolutely no life in the noodles. Its absolutely garbage at this point. The Spicy Korean Noodles however had a strong kick. My mouth was burning and there was soup everywhere because of the slurping but it was phenomenal! Loved the taste! We also got a Kimchi flavoured one and I am excited to try that next. I think the brand name is Nissin. I am not sure where it is from; I will confirm in the next post.

Lunch- Korean Spicy Noodles (Ramyeon) with Fried Eggs

I worked in the afternoon and went for a walk in the evening. I recently ordered a weighted vest and it came in today so I had the chance to try it out. The effort is certainly more than usual and I could feel myself get tired quickly but I loved the challenge. This was my first time rucking and it felt awesome at the end of the walk. Now I can do cardio with resistance. I drank my gallon of water when I reached home from my walk. Day 74 was a success.
