Relaxing day. Went to the gym and did some light calisthenics. I tried doing a full handstand pushup, I am so close to doing the assisted wall handstand I just need more practice. I also did some stretching to relieve the body of stress. Lunch was also light- dal and rice. In the evening I did some more stretching to release stiffness. The weather was great today as it did not rain. I stayed at home in the evening however. Day 80 was a success!
