Day 50 was probably the most efficient day so far. I literally went through the day like clockwork. The order was progress pictures, weighing myself, reading ten pages, gym, lunch, work and walk. I finished drinking the gallon of water in the afternoon. The weather has become humid lately and when I was training calisthenics at the gym I could feel the heat. Today I was able to do the headstand (shirshasan in yoga) on the first attempt. I tried doing a handstand with my back to the wall but I couldn’t quite get there. Will try again soon enough. For lunch we had Dal, Rice and Okra. Okra has become my favourite vegetable lately. Day 50 was a success.
