Day 23 of the Cut

My day at the gym was top notch! When I reached the gym it was empty because its Friday and everybody else seems to have a life. I did rehab work on my ankle and after that I worked on my abs. I tried some new exercises and I was so happy after that. The endorphins rushed through my veins. I felt like a new person after it. I have no words to describe the satisfaction of a good workout. It was top notch is all I can say.

Breakfast- Chili Cheese Toast and Indian Style Scrambled Eggs

When I reached home I made Indian style Scrambled Eggs and Chili Cheese Toast with Green Chili, Onions and Mozzarella. One of the best breakfast meals I have had in recent times that I have cooked for myself. My mom too was happy with the cheese toast. She usually doesn’t like what I make but today she praised my toasting skills. After that I dealt with work and went out for a walk in the evening. Day 23 was a success!
