What a slow day it was today! I slept early last night hoping to get more sleep but this morning my body refused to co-operate. I keep waking up early in the morning no matter what its completely out of my control. The heat is also intense and the quality of sleep is also affected by it. At the gym I trained Chest, Shoulders and Triceps but that’s it though I did no stretches and no ankle rehab today. I was alone at the gym today for the longest time. I was happy for some peace and quiet honestly. When I came home I made lunch myself today for a change I wanted to get creative. I made an egg salad sandwich. My mom does not love any food that’s made by me and it was one of her vegetarian only days so I took the opportunity to eat my favourite sandwich in the world. I didn’t have any mayo so I used yoghurt instead but it didn’t change the taste that much. I was so tired of my routine I did stretches at home instead of going out for a walk in the evening. Day 29 was a success!
