This morning I found my mom in a prone position in the living room like a sniper. If it wasn’t for the phone in front of her with the sound of her yoga instructor singing numbers emanating from it, I would have imagined she was about to shoot our neighbours through the wall. I quietly crept back into my room waiting for her class to finish and in that time I finished my language lessons. I also accomplished some work which would otherwise have been done later in the day.
After her class was over I finished my chores and headed to the gym. I trained back and biceps at the gym. My new friend at the gym Sparsh taught me how to use wrist straps for the deadlift and I can now officially lift 100kgs on the deadlift with ease if I might say. On the way home I bought some milk, eggs and bananas.

I emptied the boot of my scooter and went upstairs. I came back with a spare key instead of my usual key and went to my local Garage. I handed over my beloved Baby to be serviced and repaired. The fact that she endured two years without being serviced is a feat in itself. You have to hand it to Honda, they make great vehicles. I looked back almost in tears and walked home from there. Its not far, barely a kilometer away from my home. I will be picking it up later in the night after I am done writing this.

Lunch was pretty simple Mung Beans, Rice, Dal, Karela(Bitter Gourd). I made eggs but I didn’t take any pictures of it. The fiber content today is going to be massive. I am trying to follow the standard of eating to maintain low blood sugar levels where you eat protein first, followed by fiber and then carbs. Its not pleasant but it has to be done. I went for a walk in the evening and checked on my baby, its almost done just have to wait for a few things to be done. I will go back later to pick it up. Day 83 was a success!

Let's hear it!
