Day 36 of the Cut

Day 36 of the Cut

Very satisfying workout today at the gym! I trained chest, shoulder and triceps today. Before going to the gym I drank a vile concoction of 99% dark chocolate and black coffee. I am actually surprised to say that the concoction smells amazing and tastes bitter but in a good way. Its better than chewing 99% dark chocolate.

The vile concoction.

After the gym I had a lunch of eggs, potatoes, bell peppers and mung beans. I mixed it all up into a salad bowl and added mango bits on top. It tasted good obviously but its also very filling because of the potatoes. Its been a week and the verdict is that you don’t feel like eating anything in the evening if you have eaten potatoes for lunch. The satiety is legitimate. After lunch I found myself snoring on the couch.

This morning I discovered a new disk jockey called DJ Tau from Australia. It took a minute for him to warm up but then I found myself bobbing to the music. Here is a link for anyone interested in giving it a listen.

Went for a walk in the evening. Day 36 was a success!
