Day 39 was picture perfect with absolutely no hiccups. I woke up on time and finished my morning tasks in no time because of the routine I have. Then I headed to the gym where I Macgyvered an old resistance band into becoming my cell phone holder so I can record my workouts from new angles. I was a little curious as to how it would work and had to make adjustments. I did not want to spring money for a new magnetic tripod which didn’t work the way I wanted it to. I trained legs at the gym and then I headed home. For lunch I had chicken curry, bhakri and okra with some salad. It was probably the most balanced meal in this iteration of the series. I started work in the afternoon and then I went out on my walk. After my walk I drank the last of my gallon of water. Day 39 was a success.
