Day 28 of the Cut

Day 28 of the Cut

I had an amazing workout yet again at the gym! I trained back and biceps and I needed to get it done within a set time frame. I find myself spending hours at the gym for no reason sometimes and I wanted to increase the efficiency of my workouts. I have had to meticulously plan my transitions between exercises sometimes even doing supersets just so I could get my workout done in time. When I came home from the gym lunch was Chicken Legs, Dal, Rice and Stir-Fried Bell Peppers. It hit the spot and also my protein goals for the day. I have been finding it difficult to consume protein lately because of the costs and also because of the sheer amount of protein required to grow muscles on a body. The market really does know how to hike up prices of things that matter. For now its fine just until I finish my cut after that I won’t really care that much because it will be about maintenance at that point. Went for a walk in the evening. Day 28 was a success!

i eat a lot of tofu… i wonder if paneer has as much protein?

Paneer does have a lot of protein and is also morein quantity per 100g and it has a lot of nutritional value but it also contains lactose which isn’t desirable for many people. Tofu is a great alternative. I can’t love without paneer though hehe

Im not to sure if you like Turkey, but usually it costs less per pound than most poultry. You could get a large breast, cut it into meal sized cuts, and freeze them for later use.

I love turkey! Unfortunately we don’t have turkeys here in India. I used to get cold cuts all the time in Canada.

I didn’t think you had turkey in India. Oh well
