My morning was so smooth! My mom skipped yoga today because she woke up late. That pushed things up and I ended up reaching the gym earlier than usual. I trained chest, shoulders and triceps at the gym. When I came home lunch was Chickpeas, Cauliflower, Avocado and Rice. I was so stuffed because the food is high in volume and calories. I also had eggs before eating that. Today was a day of some serious eating instead of the usual pain and suffering. I can’t believe body builders have to eat so much more than this on a regular basis. Its ridiculous. Apparently they eat around 200g protein which means nearly 1000g of lean meats on average plus the carbs and vegetables to maintain the energy. I guess they do have to put in the effort at the gym. To me it feels like they are being bred like broiler chickens. All meat and no mobility, flexibility and strength. Not to mention the side effects from the steroids and the constant rage. Must be a pain in the ass literally. Luckily for me I have a 24 hour fast scheduled for tomorrow. So even if I eat a lot I can give my stomach some rest once a week. It has been raining lightly throughout the day so I stayed at home and did some skipping in the evening. Day 84 was a success!
