Yet another day of rest. Taking time to reset. Ate some Kharvas which is colostrum from a cow. Essentially colostrum is the milk that a mother cow releases when a calf is born. The dairy farmers make sure the calf gets this milk as it has more nutritional properties than regular milk. Once the calf has had its fill the remaining milk is collected and pasteurised. After that it is reduced and sweetened, usually with jaggery and some cardamom is added to give it flavour. Then it is cooled down completely. Once it cools down it takes on the texture of custard. One can compare it to flan. Its texture is similar but it has no eggs. Day 65 was a success!

Let's hear it!
