Day 76 of the Cut

Last night I kept waking up to go the washroom and despite all that I had a restful sleep. Apple cider vinegar sounds like a miracle elixir and it might as well be one considering how it helps manage insulin. I had read it was a mild diuretic but I had not anticipated the runs to the loo. If I was in a cricket match I would have won the match by scoring a century (Homerun for baseball players or was it touchdown?). I went on to disrupt my mother’s online yoga class and luckily nobody shrieked or gasped today. I had some chores to do so I finished those and then headed to the gym. It finally stopped raining this morning. At the gym I trained back and biceps. The workout was fantastic. I was fully expecting to get drenched on the way home since I had to stop to get some vegetables and eggs. I got all the things and as soon as I parked my scooter at home it started pouring heavily. I boiled the eggs for lunch and my mother made some Mung Curry and Rice for lunch. I worked all afternoon and did some skipping in the evening because it hadn’t stopped raining yet. Day 76 was a success!
