Exciting day today! Woke up late, took my progress picture, took my pre-workout banana and green tea and headed to the gym. At the gym I trained back and biceps. The positive and exciting part of the day was that I broke two PRs today! The first was RDL I did a whopping 110 kilograms! My last was just 70 kilograms in comparison! The second was- I broke my own dead hang PR by 10 whole seconds! Bringing it to 30 seconds! I also incorporated Australian pullups into my back workouts which are great for my lats. I was also able to systematically increase the weights for every back and bicep exercise I did today. I had a whole different energy today, guess its the full moon doing all the work.
Came home and had lunch. Worked until I headed out for my walk. On my walk I changed the route and went near my old college. I walk there quite often because it is the farthest from my home and is suitable for my step count. I completed over 12k steps today. I finished my reading task in the afternoon during working hours. Great day for progress in physical exercise today! Day 56 was a success.
