Day5/75

Day5/75

I had a conference in a different city today and I had to plan my day accordingly. I woke up at the usual time and took a progress picture. I then finished my reading immediately after that. I knew I would not find the time to do that afterwards. I started drinking my gallon of water early and then I headed to the gym.

At the gym I did around 20 minutes of stretches, 60 minutes of resistance training of the legs, 20 minutes on the stagnant cycle and then lastly 20 minutes on the elliptical. I then headed out for a swim. At the swimming pool I swam freestyle and breaststroke and covered a distance of about 2000m.

A 10 year old picture of my scooter, it looks the same even now so thought I’d share it.

I came home and had leftover idli and chutney for breakfast. After that I headed out to my conference. It was in a different city so I had to drive my scooter there. It took me about 45 minutes to get there. I got my work done in a few hours and then I drove back. At home I had lunch and then got some more work done for one of my clients.

After work I headed out for my walk and realised I had to still cook dinner. I did my 45 minutes of exercise and came home. For dinner I made myself a sandwich. I had already surpassed my gallon by the time I went out for my walk so I was not worried about my water intake. The extra heat is only adding to the motivation of drinking more water.

I lost around 100g last night. My current weight is 109.3Kg. Day 5 was a success.
