I know a lot of movies from that year are great because that is something which drew me closer to the art form in the first place. I never got into that industry but I still watch movies with a passion because of those movies. Heard Kurt Cobain died a few days before I was born. I like to assume I was born to be grunge seeing as how I like all forms of dark gritty music. Nelson Mandela was elected as President of South Africa that year. Sony released its first PlayStation. Apparently nothing important happened on the day I was born ha!
