12 inches in a foot!

Day 12 started off like any other day. Woke up at the sound of my mother loudly doing Pranayama in the living room. Thankfully it was not too late to head out. I took my progress pictures, weighed in and then finished my reading before going to the gym.

At the gym I took exceptionally longer than usual. I skipped for 30 minutes, and trained back and biceps for the next 90 minutes. I have added a new exercise to the list of exercises I do, which is the hip thrust and the set up for it takes some time because I have to set the step up boxes for the plates and then align myself underneath the bar just right so I can thrust it upwards. I swear if I had a girlfriend I wouldn’t be needing to do this exercise.

Chicken Curry and Rice Bhakri with Raita

After the gym I headed home and had lunch. My mother made some exceptional chicken curry today. It tasted great probably because I haven’t had chicken in nearly a fortnight. I am controlling my diet properly now and am steadily losing weight. I need to keep myself in check consistently because I know my mind can wander. After lunch I worked and then headed out for my walk in the afternoon. My ankle is hurting currently but I have a spray which will help in healing it. I finished my gallon of water when I reached home. Day 12 was a success.
