Five more days to go! My day was fine. Finished my morning tasks and went to the gym. A new trainer has joined my gym and is adjusting to the environment. He doesn’t know everyone yet so he thinks everyone is a newbie. It took some convincing to show him that I don’t need a trainer. I trained back and biceps today. I was pushing hard at the gym. Went through the routine like a torpedo. On my way home got my baby cleaned.


When I came home I cooked lunch. It was Chicken Pulao(Pilaf) with a side of Raita. Its like chicken fried rice but much less oil and more spices. It also has a lot of fresh aromatics and vegetables like ginger, garlic, onions and coriander. Made it today because my mom needed rest for a change.

Went for a walk in the evening. Took a different route because I was bored of my usual route. Came home and finished my gallon of water. Day 70 was a success.
