Day 7 was incredibly busy in the early half. I woke up at the usual time took my progress picture and weighed myself. This week I lost 4 kilograms. Its mostly water weight and is to be expected in the beginning. I quickly finished my reading and went to the gym earlier than usual. At the gym I trained abs and did a variety of exercises to entice my core to pop out from all directions. It wasn’t easy but your lad did it! After that I had to rush home because my mom had to go to another one of her parties and I had to make something for her to take there.

At home I quickly boiled then baked some potatoes to make them crispy then I made a Korean inspired sauce made with gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and molasses mixed with Indian spices. This sauce was then poured over crispy potatoes and garnished with finely chopped green onions. I was happy with the results and so were my mother’s friends who sent their compliments through the tell-a-mom post. I cooked some eggs for myself and put some of that sauce and green onions on it and it tasted heavenly to say the least. I was happy with the results. I took the day off from work because I was really exhausted after all that work. I started watching Star Trek and watched it all afternoon until the evening when I went out for my walk. My walk was great today nothing hurt and my pants didn’t ride up my ass so I was happy about that. I guess its the little things you appreciate with weight loss. This day marks the end of week 1 of 75 Hard. Day 7 was a success.
