We are officially at halfway point today. I have made tremendous progress physically and mentally. I am looking forward to what the rest of the program brings. A reminder to all readers that this is my second time doing this program. I lost 15 kilograms the first time but this time I haven’t lost much weight. However, I am gaining a lot of muscle for some reason. Perhaps it is a side effect of heavy exercises or just the diet but this is working out pretty well. I will check my body fat percentage at the end of the program to compare how much progress I have made. Mentally I feel great. I have had my moments of gloominess and some anxiety but its been within normal range and the stress has been manageable so far. I had pulled myself out of depression earlier in the year and so far I don’t see any signs of it returning. I can’t say for the future but the present state is A-Okay!
I headed to the gym after finishing my reading and taking my progress picture. I did 110 minutes of abdominal exercises and I did a killer workout today. Discovered some new exercises to help my core and mobility as well. I loved the exploration part because I found so many new things about myself. I also did 30 minutes of cardio on the stagnant recumbent cycle in zones 3 and 4. I was so pumped after that because the endorphins just flowed through I was literally bumping to music at the end of the workout. I felt great after the first workout today.
Since the elevator is out of order climbing 5 floors has become an inconvenience for many but for me it hasn’t become much of an issue. Again if I there is an issue I will obviously deal with it. I am pretty sure most of the people are going to avoid going out during the maintenance work.

I worked the rest of the day after coming home from the gym and having lunch. My mother made eggs, gravy and stir-fried fenugreek. I never liked fenugreek before but I now eat it without any complaints as all vegetables are good for your health. I went out for my walk and did the bare minimum because I was tired after the morning workout. I came home and finished my gallon of water after that. Day 37 was a success.

Let's hear it!
