As we lean into the second half of this program I am finding the challenges to be more and more satisfying to solve. I believe this is a new side of me that I have almost never encountered. I used to solve problems efficiently but the part where I enjoy them is new to me. I woke up late today I took a progress picture, then finished my reading task and headed straight to the gym.
At the gym I made some progress towards getting into a handstand. I did not find enough time to work on splits. I also did not do any cardio today. I had every intention of doing it but I was short on time so I put the bare minimum of 45 minutes. I came home and had lunch.
For lunch my mother prepared the best egg biryani I have ever had. It was extremely flavourful and packed some heat to it. I normally stay away from spicy food but this was just the right amount of spice. After that I worked until the evening and then headed out for my walk.

On my walk I explored new spots as I am scouting some locations for my running. I then came home and finished my gallon of water. I made quite a bit of progress today. Day 38 was a success.
