Day 26 of the Cut

Day 26 of the Cut

The day started early and the routine was usual. I reached the gym a little later in the morning because I wanted to avoid the morning crowd. I had an amazing workout at the gym today. I tried out new exercises for the adductors and abductors which are basically stretches but also act as strengthening exercises. I want to be able to do the splits in the next four months. I did some rehab work and my ankle will be fine in another week it is healing well. I also worked on hip alignment and it helped me quite a bit to get my balance together. I have been working on by body from multiple angles to fix my posture, loose weight and grow some strength and agility in the process. The exercises that I have done so far have broken my shell and I am currently rebuilding myself so to speak.

I have been having issues with the website links so forgive me if the links are not working I will have a permanent solution soon enough. Its got something to do with SEO plugins and any small changes I make have big impact throughout the site.

I reached home and lunch was Rice, Mung Stew, Rava Dhokla, Eggplant and Raita. Rava Dhokla is a steamed savoury cake usually eaten with chutney and is made with yoghurt and semolina. Its light and a great source of carbohydrates and probiotics.

A plate of white rice topped with a lentil and potato dish, served with pieces of bread and a bowl of yogurt sauce, all on a wooden surface.

Went for a walk in the evening. Day 26 was a success!
