Day 6 was great! The honeymoon period for 75 Hard is starting to fade now and the body is starting to feel the effects of the rigorous routine. It is officially time to brace myself for the rest of the challenge because it is going to be painful and my masochistic tendencies are going to be realised. This morning I took my progress pictures and finished my reading before going to the gym. At the gym I worked on Chest, Shoulder and Triceps. Previously I was somewhat stiff during these workouts because my musculature had not been developed. But now after years if not months of repetition some of my muscles have unlocked and I am able to fully feel each muscle that is being worked. I was very excited to workout today because of this. After the gym I purchased some cucumbers because I needed something to dip into hummus. The night before I had prepared hummus but was unable to eat any because it was well past dinner time by the time I had made it. This morning for breakfast I had hummus with eggs, cucumbers, carrots, guavas, banana and papaya. It honestly felt very primal to be eating this meal. I was so satisfied with this meal I did not eat anything else today. The whole meal was literally 550 calories!

After breakfast I worked until the evening, then I went for my walk. I finished my gallon of water when I reached home. Day 6 was a success!
