Day 2 of 75 Hard was fast! On Sundays my gym is closed so I went for a swim and I tell you this morning was cold! Not as cold as it is in the west but I was shivering while swimming laps in the pool. After my first workout I reached home and showered. I wanted to read before I left but it turns out I had some chores left from the night before. After reading I started working and worked all the way till the evening when I had to go out for my walk. I realised I forgot to eat lunch because I was so busy. But I kept my cool and at dinner after my walk. I managed to finish the gallon of water as soon as I reached home from my walk. Another interesting thing was that I dropped 2 kilograms overnight! I guess it was retained water. Day 2 was a success!
