It was a slow day today. This morning I had a run planned but had to cancel because my run partner bailed on me. Instead I headed out to the gym. Before that I got my progress photo and reading done.
At the gym I worked on chest, shoulders and triceps today. It was not very exhausting however, in fact I barely broke a sweat. I think I need to increase the intensity of the workouts. After resistance training I headed out to swim. I did around 1000m of swimming and headed home from there.
I wanted to order in groceries for the day in the morning but the delivery was unavailable all day. I could have gone to the grocery store but I had a lot of work to do so I chose to postpone buying groceries. I worked until later in the evening before heading out for my walk.

I went on my usual route for my walk and the streets are really dusty considering that its dry winter season now. The October heat is in fact making it even more difficult for people. Something really needs to be done about the air pollution in our area.
I lost around 800 grams today, from 108.8Kg to 108 Kg. Its quite significant but it might increase a little tomorrow. I have kept my calorie intake under control so it may not be that much. I finished drinking my gallon of water by the end of the night. Day 7 was a success.
