The routine today was quite jumbled and nothing went according to plan. I went to bed last night at 2 AM. It was a cold morning and I slept in. My plan to go for a swim this morning went for a toss after I realised how cold it was. And since it was a Sunday people would be at the pool to party so it would be difficult to get in and workout amidst the crowd at that time. Instead I went out for a walk.

After the walk I came home, showered and my mom and I made Pani Puri and Dahi Sev Puri which are two of the most phenomenal, popular, fantabulous street foods to ever exist. We ate them faster than we made them which was hilarious to be honest. But it was nice to eat something else for a change and also the positive of the day. It was by no means a cheat meal because everything about the meal was controlled. Which means it was customised for my calories and macros. Surprisingly the dishes by themselves are healthy even on the streets. But the streets are not clean so they aren’t always recommended to be eaten there. At home however the level of cleanliness goes up and the taste is also customised. All I can say is that you should try making some at home if you ever get an opportunity because they are worth the effort.

In the evening I did stretches and a bit of yoga. My mother also gave me some tips on how to improve mobility because I still can’t clasp my hands behind my back diagonally. As for my other tasks- I took my progress picture before my walk in the morning, finished my reading then as well and my gallon of water is almost done. I didn’t get a lot of steps in the 45 minutes but its a Sunday so any amount of steps are good enough for me. Day 67 or as the kids say it 6-7 was a success.
