The day started with me eating fruits. I have never come across sweet Kiwis in my life. I must have purchased them a handful of times and have been gifted them maybe once or twice. They look gorgeous when you cut them open but I don’t go out of my way to buy them knowing that the fruit isn’t going to be sweet. My mom too had a similar experience. But since we learned that kiwis are great for gut health and has other nutritional benefits, we wanted to try them. Even after buying them we were reluctant to try them, they were left in the fridge for a couple of days. By the time I cut them they had become ripe and soft. For the first time in my life I experienced sweet kiwis! I couldn’t believe how tasty this damn fruit really can be! If there was a way to tell the raw ones from the ripe ones I would buy them regularly. I might have an idea now but even then this fruit is way to expensive compared to the demand. I rarely see people buying it but its always there on the shelf. I will have to experiment with buying more of it then determine its feasibility.

At the gym I trained legs today. I tried new exercises like the sumo squat and sumo deadlift for my adductor muscles. I understand its needed for decent lower back and hip strength. I also started stretching regularly post workout recently. It helps loosen up and relax the muscles. Lunch was Dal, Rice, Scrambled Eggs, Stir-Fried Capsicum (Bell Peppers) and Potatoes, Okra and Yoghurt. I ate a lot today and I still feel stuffed.

I went out rucking again today, I have found a decent spot where I can climb stairs and when I reach home I finish the workout with more stairs. I ate some more fruits when I came home. I am still consistently drinking a gallon of water every day. Caught a show later in the night- Bon Appetit Your Majesty, K-Drama with Yoona in it. She does comedy well. My mom liked her in King The Land and now in this. Day 13 was a success!
