49 porcupine!

49 porcupine!

Day 49 was alright actually. I went to the gym after taking my progress pictures, reading ten pages and weighing myself. At the gym I ended up training abs for 60 minutes, cardio for 30 minutes and since I skipped chest, shoulders and triceps yesterday I did all of those for the next 90 minutes. By the end of the session I burned around 2500 calories. That left me a little dizzy but I was fine after I drank a little bit of water post workout. I came home and had lunch which was bhakri and chicken curry. I worked in the afternoon and went out for my walk in the evening. Today I encountered a lot of traffic. I wasn’t sure of the reason. At first I thought it was probably because its the long weekend and people are heading out of town but that would make the place empty not full. I figured its just the Moon cycle acting up again. Its always the same story, when the Moon is full people act crazy, when there is a New Moon people act crazy too! I guess its the gravitational forces acting on their blood. I have had several instances where I’ve witnessed loud arguments, chases, fights and brawls along my walk. Its not out of the ordinary but the frequency is usually higher on these particular days. Its not like I live in a rough neighbourhood or anything its just that people have lost control and are under a lot of pressure from society so these things are bound to happen. I drank my gallon of water before my walk. Day 49 was a success.
