Day 68 was quick! I slept late last night but this morning I woke up early at 6. I finished my tasks and then I caught up on some chores. When I reached the gym it was empty. I worked on Back and Biceps today. I spent quite a lot of time there today as I have a comprehensive workout for the back and biceps. Unfortunately the Assisted Pullup Machine was dismantled for maintenance so I could not use it. I did an alternative workout on the pullup bar with a stool instead. For some reason I haven’t managed to do my first pullup yet. Well I know why! The reason is I am heavy as fuck but now that I am gaining muscle I realise I have a lot of work to do on my pull movements. I train heavy and need to focus on that scapular movement.
In other news, I finally achieved a PR on the deadlift at 100kg or 220lbs. The week before last I had achieved that weight on the hip thrust. The only remaining movement I need to achieve a PR with that weight is on the squat. The one thing stopping me from doing that is my ankle which is healing but it is taking its sweet time at the moment. One thing I never considered doing was training my neck but it has come to my attention now. I started with training it with elastic bands around my head.
Lunch was Chapatis, Sweet Potatoes and Eggs. My mom made Masala Egg Omelets. Also there was Cabbage Sauté but it became too sour because of the tomatoes so my mom added some cream to it and it changed the whole game! It was so delicious with the flavours all balanced out. Great meal in general.

I worked a little bit and went for a walk earlier in the evening to get some sun. Came home and drank my gallon of water. I finished reading and taking progress pictures in the morning. Day 68 was a success.
