Day 38 was a blur. We are officially past the halfway point now. I was quite bored today and after my morning tasks I headed to the gym and I sat down for nearly 30 minutes just scrolling on my phone. I don’t ever procrastinate but there are many things weighing on my mind and this is really causing me to slow down. Add to that the exhaustion, the physical pain and the daily mental inconveniences along side my routine- it becomes quite a trip.
After the 30 minutes however I really put in the effort and finally unlocked a proper headstand. I have wanted to do that for years. I thought the frog pose would be easy but its not as easy as it looks and requires some real balance. The headstand however was a serious mental block because I was afraid of falling and hurting myself. And its the closest thing I have come to a handstand.
When I reached home I had eggs for breakfast. After that I started reading. Then I did some work before I headed out for the second workout. I finished my gallon of water when I reached home. Day 38 was a success.
