This morning was quite normal except I didn’t wake up early. I had some work to do last night and dozed off while the window was left open. Last night it rained so much my room cooled down quite a bit and that led to a better night’s sleep. Part of why I felt relaxed today is because I fasted all day. I am trying something new. Once a week I will be fasting for 24 hours. Its not going to be easy so I will probably eat some fruit if I absolutely feel hungry but I will try to stave off all food and reduce the number of calories consumed throughout the week. Since I planned to fast I did some calisthenics and intense cardio at the gym. I had no idea that assault bikes were so energy intensive. Its on par with rowing. I couldn’t do any rowing today because the power went out. Instead I worked on the elliptical. I try to increase the resistance as much as as possible so I can get the best of both worlds. Of course this can’t be compared to HIIT training. Went for a walk in the evening despite the rain. Drank coffee all day to keep hunger at bay. Day 71 was a success!
