Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or any edible oil in your kitchen
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
