If you could start a new business right now, what would it be?
I love making sandwiches and I know how to make them in bulk. When I worked in at Mad Radish I used to make hundreds of them regularly and there were multiple types of sandwiches. I like to think my sense of flavour, texture and taste are good enough to create new sandwiches. I have always wanted to own a restaurant of my own but I have postponed it for now. When I do open this restaurant its going to be a hit.
