Went for a swim in the morning. The water felt good for my brain! Came home watched T.V. normally I would have started work but my clients are on holiday. Lunch was Dal Bati. Its a North Indian dish, I had it for the first time when I travelled to Rajasthan although there are varieties in other states as well. Bati is a very primitive bread made with unleavened dough. We made it in the oven but traditionally it is baked in a Chullah which is a wood stove made of clay. The process is simple and the result is delicious. This recipe originated with nomads and farmers so it needed to be simple and quick. When it is served it is broken down into tiny pieces. It is traditionally topped with Dal and Garlic Chutney. It is also topped with Ghee. If anyone wants the recipe here is the link of the recipe I used:

Lazed around the rest of the day. Didn’t bother going for a walk after that heavy meal. Day 151 was a success!

Let's hear it!
