My Gym in New Panvel has been around for 12 years, making it the first of Sanjay Borade’s fitness centers. The gym operates from 5 AM to 11 PM from Monday to Saturday, and from 5 PM to 10 PM on Sundays, giving you plenty of time to get your workout in.
The gym boasts a dedicated team of professionals. The senior staff includes Mr. Anand More, who has been with the gym for 10 years, and Mr. Bharat Ghorpade, with 7 years of experience. The junior staff member, Mr. Mangesh, and the ladies’ trainer, Miss Sakshi Gund, are always ready to assist. The front office is efficiently managed by Janvi Madam and Mayuri Madam, ensuring a smooth experience for all members.
My Gym offers a variety of services to cater to different fitness needs. You can join CrossFit, Yoga, or even Zumba at the Kharghar branch. They have specialized weight loss packages for three months priced at ₹25,000, a general package that includes cardio and CrossFit for ₹10,000, and a custom package for professional athletes and bodybuilders at ₹30,000 per month. The gym is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a steam facility, and has clean bathrooms. It features high-end equipment for multiple purposes, with separate sections for free weight training and cardio machines like treadmills and ellipticals. Personal trainers are available at all times, and there’s an onsite certified dietician to ensure each customer follows a proper diet plan.
