Last weekend, we had the pleasure of visiting The Bakers Company located in Palaspe, Old Panvel. This modern chic bakery, established in April 2021, is owned and operated by the dynamic duo, Mr. Sammit Vedak and Mrs. Preeti Vedak. The bakery boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with all the modern tools necessary for optimal baking operations.

Our Experience

As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. The Bakers Company specializes in a variety of sweet confectionaries and baked goods, with their cheesecakes and chocolate truffles being the stars of the show. The bakery also offers a cozy seating area for customers, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious treats. They even provide party decorations and a range of savory baked goods like puffs and sandwiches.

During our visit, we indulged in one of their chocolate cake pops and their famous triple chocolate cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious and, to our surprise, completely eggless! The cake pop was rich and decadent, while the cheesecake was creamy and perfectly balanced in flavor.

One of the highlights of our visit was interacting with Mrs. Preeti Vedak. She was incredibly forthcoming with information about their baking processes and the variety of products they offer. It was clear that she and Mr. Sammit Vedak are passionate about their craft and dedicated to providing top-notch service to their customers.

The Bakers Company also accepts cake orders for large events and provides catering services for certain occasions, making it a versatile choice for any celebration. Our experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a great place to chill and enjoy some fantastic cakes.
