41 the hottie one!

41 the hottie one!

Day 41 was steaming hot! The heatwave is no joke and it is scalding! After taking my progress pictures, reading ten pages and weighing myself I hit the gym. My Baby was baking in the heat when I parked her outside my gym. When I started wearing my shoes at the gym I realised I forgot to bring my socks. So instead of the usual weight training I decided to do kettlebell training for my Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I worked on it longer than expected. The heat is quite intense and I am burning off more calories than expected. The gallon of water is helping though and I am drinking more than a gallon having finished it by the time I was done eating lunch and then some more throughout the day. I had a vegetarian lunch today- Chapatis, Mung Stew and French beans. It was really hot and I didn’t want to get cooked in the humidity. Meat tends to heat up my body a little more than other foods so I tried to keep it cool. After lunch I took a nap because I had actually caught up on work in the morning. After my nap I went for my walk in the evening and despite it being night it was really hot. I came home from my walk sweating and cooled off in the shower. Day 41 was a success.
