  2. Set a Timer: Grab your phone and set an alarm for at least 5 minutes. If you’re feeling adventurous, go for more. But hey, we’re beginners here, so let’s keep it chill.
  3. Breathe Like a Boss: Focus on your breath. Feel the air flowing in through your nostrils. Notice the pauses between inhales and exhales. It’s like your breath is doing a little dance—observe it!
  4. Mind Wander? No Biggie!: Your mind will wander. It’s like a hyperactive puppy chasing butterflies. When it does, gently bring it back to your breath. No judgment, no scolding. Just a gentle nudge.
  5. Scratch That Itch: If an itch pops up, don’t panic. Scratch it if you must, but then let it go. It’s like swiping left on Tinder—bye, itch!
