Day 31/75

Day 31/75

Unlike most days I woke up at 5AM like an owl. I had planned to sleep in because I am taking two days off this weekend since I haven’t taken a break in nearly 6 months. In my unexpected wokeness I finished the picture and reading tasks by 6AM. I had also drunk a liter and a half of water by that time. I wanted to go to the gym but the gym doesn’t open till 6:30. So I spent time on Duolingo and my Sign language app. I then spent a bit of time on Reddit. At 7 I headed to the gym. Ended up spending more time than I expected. I spent nearly 2 hours just practicing my way into doing a handstand, forward split and a sideway split. I did not succeed at any of those. But I made some progress in each of them. Its winter now and the chill in the air is preventing me from sweating. I did not sweat until much later when I was using the elliptical and managed to go all the way to zone 4 when I actually started sweating. I came home from the gym soon after.

  • momo
  • legs

My mom was cooking momos for lunch. I am cutting so I did not eat a lot but it was delicious. I also had some ice cream today but within my caloric limit. I shaved my legs with a trimmer because the sun exposure during my swims made my hair frizzy and my legs were itchy. I then took a nap. I woke up and headed out to walk. The walk was fine nothing out of the ordinary except people checking out my shaved shins. Some people even giggled but in awe. I reached home and finished my gallon of water. My day was done quite early. Now I will probably catch a movie before I sleep, my gym is closed tomorrow so I will probably go for a swim after taking a week long break. Day 31 was a success.
