What is your favourite recipe?
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized Sweet Potatoes
- 2 ripe Mangoes (Alfonso if possible)
- 1 cup jaggery (Gul)
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch of Salt
- Chopped dates (Khajur/ alternatively any dry fruits or berries)
Preparation:
- Boil the sweet potatoes, let them cool down and peel.
- Mix the cooled sweet potatoes, pinch of salt, jaggery, and milk together and mash them well.
- Extract the mango pulp.
- Keep both mixtures in separate containers and refrigerate them for some time.
To serve:
- Place the sweet potato mixture in a bowl, followed by a layer of mango pulp.
- Sprinkle chopped dates on top.
