Today being a Sunday I wanted to laze around. But the challenge required me to move so I did. First thing I did was take my progress photo. I wanted to get reading done but I had orders from the hierarchy to get groceries so I listened to my dear mother and went to get them. I started drinking my gallon of water early as usual.
When I got home I packed my bag to head out for my first workout. It being a Sunday meant my gym was closed. At the swimming pool I did around 1200m of mixed styles. I was quite exhausted by the time I got home.
I had a breakfast of Idli and Coconut Chutney, it also acted as a great buffer until dinner because it is quite heavy. Idli is a great source of carbohydrates and is great for the gut because the batter is fermented overnight. I had chicken for dinner.

I took a break from work today and watched a movie (Limitless, 2011) instead. After the movie I read my ten pages which I wanted to read in the morning. I then published the essay this morning which I wrote for a competition. Turns out I did not win and I was a bit disappointed but such is life and I didn’t lose money on this so that is a plus point.
In the evening I headed out for my walk and covered quite a distance surprisingly. I find it relaxing and it really allows me to think clearly. I also get to witness hilarity on occasion. For example I saw a bunch of kids wake up a sleeping guard by lighting firecrackers near his chair. Its Diwali season and tis absolutely rude to do that but the guy was sleeping on the job and it was funny to watch. When I got home I finished my water intake for the day.
My current weight has retained because I did not do any intense exercises yesterday. So its currently at 109.4Kg. Day 4 was a success.
