Day 14/75

Pretty short day, woke up took progress picture, went for a swim, had chicken for lunch, read up on my book, received a Diwali gift from one of my clients but couldn’t pick it up because I was taking a nap and he handed it to my mother, took a break from work today, finished my reading after the nap, went for a walk and met my friend Sagar after a long time, had to buy a new set of earphones because the old ones got damaged in the rain yesterday. Ended the day by drinking the last bit of the gallon of water. Lost weight by 700 grams and the avoiding a meal part seems to be working, going to bed hungry is the key to weight loss. Day 14 was a success.
