Have you ever liked a villain more than the hero? Who and why?
I have answered this before and I will say this again. Agent Smith is the ultimate villain in a movie in my opinion. Neo is great but Agent Smith is competent, dominating and articulate. The reason why he believes he is right is also valid. He believed that humans over consume everything and leave a place far worse than they found it. Its not a complete lie and it is grounded in reality. I think we need to re-evaluate our priorities as a species and Agent Smith is a representation of that. He is better than Neo because he doesn’t whine about doing his job.
