Day 11 was pretty smooth. I woke up at 7 on the dot. I am grateful to not have to use alarms to wake up. After taking my progress picture, weighing in and reading 10 pages, I went to the gym. I trained legs today and the new trainer corrected my form today for the squat. Turns out I could have a wider stance but my last trainer wouldn’t allow me to do so. I suppose the stance varies from person to person. It comes down to comfort and load. I feel the new position is comfortable and I am able to lift more. I will see what effect it has because I do feel the impact on my quads and hamstrings as well. Some tea on my last trainer- he quit at the beginning of the year and apparently when the owner did an audit they realised he embezzled some funds. I can’t say more about it. After the gym I headed home.
For breakfast I had eggs and musk melon. I am not a big fan of melons if they are not sweet fortunately this one was sweet. I worked in the afternoon and then headed out for my walk in the evening. The walk was brisk and effective. I finished my gallon of water when I reached home. Day 11 was a success.

Let's hear it!
