Day 14 of the Cut

Day 14 of the Cut

This morning before my workout I ate a couple of slices of sourdough bread and a banana with black tea. I found enough energy in the gym to break two PRs! I deadlifted 120 Kgs! I also sumo lifted 120 Kgs! I am so stoked right now!!! I trained back and biceps at the gym. A friend taught me new bicep exercises at the gym. Then I came home and I had a vegetarian meal- Dal, Rice, Stir-Fried Carrots and leftover Stir-Fried Bell Pepper and Potatoes. It was a light meal. I was a little worried I might be eating too much so I cut out the eggs for the day. Went walking in the evening. My friend Sagar called me yesterday and asked me if I was down to go for a walk. I had already finished rucking so I didn’t meet him yesterday, I might meet him tomorrow. I finished yet another bottle of creatine yesterday and last night I accidentally ordered flavourless, sweetener free creatine and to be honest its not that bad! People hype up the flavours like its gospel but I liked it even without the flavour. I drink black tea or coffee and this isn’t even bitter maybe a little chalky. Day 14 was a success!
