I have been busy all day as a matter of fact I have barely found the time to write this blog today. I woke up took my progress picture and then I finished my reading task. I was in a rush to go to the gym and did 60 minutes of calisthenics today. I sweat so much when I do calisthenics and I am only a beginner. I avoided it for a long time because I am a heavy set guy and now that I am able to do some basic exercises I am motivated to try more.
I went for a swim after the gym but I was unable to put in the time because of sheer boredom. The fact is I was late to the swim. It was almost afternoon by the time I left the pool. I will try to go there earlier tomorrow. I managed to do around 500 meters. I got home and tweaked my calories by reducing my intake by around 500 calories. Now I can consume 1200 calories until I reach my goal weight. From there I will keep myself at maintenance calories. I had a meeting in the afternoon and before that I had to quickly get some work done. I headed to my meeting around 4 PM. The meeting was a town over so it took me about 20 minutes to drive there. I had a video shoot and that did not take long. After the shoot I rushed home because I had to go out for my walk.
I met my friend Sagar who has decided to start running from today. He ran 3 kilometers in intervals and I did my usual brisk walk. I got my 10K steps in today and the distance was around 8 kilometers. After that I headed home and finished my gallon of water. I have made some changes to my routine and my diet so I can see changes 50 days from now. I want to reach my goal weight by the end of this program so I can prove that this method is repeatable. Day 26 was a success.
