We are at day 67! With a little more than a week to go we are nearly at the top of the mountain! The day was pretty much the same as yesterday and nothing changed. I trained legs at the gym today. I incorporated both Kettlebells and Weights to train my legs today. I might feel it tomorrow. I had a funny incident this morning. I accidentally double dosed on my creatine yesterday and this morning when I woke up, all, and I mean all my muscles were swollen up. I mean I could feel each fiber of my back, chest and glutes pulling my frame back and making me stand taller than usual. I felt like Peter Parker (Toby Maguire) the morning after he got bit by the radioactive spider. I didn’t know creatine was that effective but this morning my progress picture looked very different from the beginning of the program. Also I have been trying to bulk up the muscles this time around instead of lose weight and that has been working. I have lost 6 kilograms since the last time I started so I am happy to report that. I am currently reading Mike Coogan’s Personal Best Running and I am considering doing a series on running after I do a cutting series. It will coincide with the Monsoon season so I have to be wary of how I handle the logistics of running outdoors. Lunch was chicken curry and chapatis. My mom brought a Papaya and it was probably one of the best Papayas I have come across because it looked so aesthetic and it was sweet too! I was surprised at how good it was!

Went for a walk in the evening, came home and finished drinking the gallon of water. Day 67 was a success.
