Day 8 was not the worst I have ever seen. I found myself avoiding another stumble on the yoga mat this morning. I finished my chores and headed out to go to the gym. On the way to the gym my Baby (Red Honda Activa 125CC) ran out of fuel. I forgot to fuel her up the night before. I then started to drag her and took her all the way to the fuel station in the hot 40 degree Celsius weather. Filled her up and the fuel attendant was so enthusiastic he overfilled the tank and spilled out the fuel. He even charged me for it with a smile. I paid with the sweat on my brow and the salt in my eyes masked my tears. I revved Baby up and took her to the gym. When I reached upstairs my friend said he saw me drag Baby to the fuel station when he was on his way to the gym. In my head I was thinking if he saw me then why didn’t he give me a ride to the fuel station? He was just going to the gym anyways right? I had an empty bottle to carry fuel in my bag and it would have saved me some time. He looked at me as if he knew what my next question was going to be and he said he didn’t want to bother me because it looked like I was too busy. No shit. Then we parted ways. Then my trainer came and asked me if I was okay. I said yeah why? He said he saw me earlier dragging my scooter to the fuel station. I had the same question on my mind. He turned before I could say anything. Then I sat down to wear my shoes and this time another friend came by and sat down looked like he was done working out already. I told him I was late today because my scooter ran out of fuel and I had to drag my vehicle all the way to the fuel station. He said he knew, and, that he saw me drag my scooter earlier. So all these guys saw me drag my vehicle for a kilometer and a half and none of them thought maybe we should give him a ride? I must be the luckiest guy on earth to be gifted with such great considerate friends. Then when I was warming up for my workout, I looked out the window and that friend I met in the beginning opened up the boot of his scooter. There was a bottle of fuel in there! Ignoring my good luck I moved on to warming up. I was toast because my Baby is heavy she may look nimble but she is heavy. I did some chest workouts and headed home. I had a post workout meal but it was light because my mom and I are going to a wedding later. Went for a walk in the evening before that. Day 8 was a success!

Let's hear it!
